Standard delivery service is 3-5 working days, between the hours 10:00 – 17:00 you may choose to upgrade to 24 hours which will be added to your order (see Delivery Concessions section), if this changes due to excessive demand we will post a message on our website.
Delivery is free for Gas and Charcoal BBQ orders over £50 [ this does not include orders for spare parts ], with exception to certain post codes, as indicated when orders are placed (see Delivery Exclusions section)
When your order has been received we will send a confirmation message, this will be followed by a second email notifying you that your goods have been dispatched, with tracking number.
To help guarantee Outback® products are delivered safely and in perfect condition all products over 30kg are delivered on a pallet.
Deliveries are arranged by our nominated carrier, please ensure you are available to receive the delivery.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery a calling card with consignment details, tracking number and contact information for a rebooking will be posted.
Our delivery service is kerbside, in most instances the driver will help wheel the pallet as far as possible into your property.
Please note the driver will not remove any packaging or the pallet.
Pallet deliveries will normally take place on a heavy goods vehicle (7.5 tonne), please contact us prior to delivery if there are any height or parking restrictions or difficult access points, prior to dispatch to arrange alternative delivery address.

We do not deliver to Jersey, Guernsey, Channel Islands or Scilly Isles, Isle of Man.ROI

Short or Damaged Delivery.
If parcels or packaging are damaged please either refuse the delivery or sign for the parcels as being Damaged, please take a photo and forward to us where possible.
If number of parcels do not correspond to the delivery paperwork please sign for as Short Delivery.
These issues must be raised before you sign for the goods, we cannot rectify problems once the delivery has been signed for.
Damaged or Short Delivery must be reported to us by email or phone within 2 working days.
Please note we cannot rectify any claims outside the time specified.
