1.
Use a food processor or blender to process the raspberries and lemon juice until pureed.

Using a sieve, strain the liquid and discard the seeds. Cover and chill.
3.
Place the peach halves, cut side up, onto a large piece of foil.
4.
Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle into peach centres.
5.
Sprinkle with the vanilla and dot with the butter.
6.
Fold the foil over peaches and seal.
7.
Grill the foil parcel over a medium hot barbecue for 10 minutes.
8.
To serve, spoon the raspberry sauce over the peaches.
