Apply approximately 20g of the BBQ Ben “All Purpose Rub” and massage into meat.

Grill the steak for 10 minutes on each side for a medium rare steak, aiming for a core temperature of 70 to 75°C (158 to 167°F).
3.
Regularly spritz the meat with unsweetened apple juice to help retain moisture and encourage caramelisation.
4.
During the final few minutes of grilling, brush liberally with warmed BBQ sauce.
5.
Leave steak to rest for 5 minutes to help retain moisture.
6.
Once rested, slice thickly and serve!
