Outback BBQ Pancake Spaghetti Recipe

5 mins | easy | Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 200ml Pancake Batter
  • 10g Icing Sugar
  • 50g Fresh Fruit (Strawberries, Kiwi, Oranges, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries etc.)
  • 10ml
  • Oil Cooking Spray

Directions

1.

Prepare pancake batter

Prepare 200ml of pancake batter mixture.

Add mixture to container

Pour the pancake mixture into a squeezy bottle. Alternatively, use piping bag or zip lock bag with the corner cut off.

3.

Oil the cooking surface

Add oil cooking spray to a preheated cooking surface, such as the Outback Griddle or a frying pan.

4.

Add the batter

Using a back-and-forth motion, squeeze the pancake batter onto the cooking surface in thin strips.

5.

Cook

Cook until bubbly and lightly browned on the edges (2 to 3 mins).

6.

And flip

Flip the thin strips of batter and continue cooking, removing pancake spaghetti once browned (2 mins).

7.

Add toppings

Add your chosen fruit, syrups or other sweet toppings.

Serve

Plate up and tuck in!
