The product itself is a good sized, well made, sturdy item. It is flat bottomed and converts well to a induction hob in the current inclement weather. It does, as with any wok, need to be seasoned properly.
The biggest bug bear and the reason I have deducted 2 stars instead of 1, is the label. It comes from the manufacturer with a paper label plastered across the inside cooking surface. The label is stuck on using a very adhesive glue. After half an hour of scrubbing in warm water with various scrubbers and other products, I finally managed to get the label of enough to be happy to season it. Even then though,there is still a clear circular mark on it where the label was. Because of this I cannot be confident of the long term ability of the seasoning of the wok, so cannot fully recommend it.

I apologise for the inconvenience when having to remove the label, we have removed the label and replaced with a simple ‘hang tag’ for future production.
