OUTBACK PUT SIGNATURE TO NEW UP-MARKET SERIES

After a three-year sales survey revealed a tripling in demand for barbecues at the premium end of their product range, Outback UK has introduced a new Signature series in time for the 2016 al fresco season.

‘Signature by Outback’ comes in a four or six-burner version, each in a high quality stainless steel construction – for which buying patterns of high-end consumers indicate a keen preference – while the addition of a ceramic infrared rear burner and a cast iron and brass side burner allow a greater choice of dishes for barbecue chefs and guests.

Outback’s designers have included ample space for storage and preparation areas, while the 432mm x 965mm cooking area gives plenty of scope to satisfy the appetites of the largest party list – and each Signature is factory pre-assembled on its own pallet base.

Auto ignition start, temperature gauge, flame tamer, warming racks, grease tray, propane regulator and hose are fitted as standard, while a double stitched canvas weather proof cover and electric rotisserie are included with the Signature 6.

Four heavy metal castors – two of which are lockable – provide manoeuvrability and stability to a barbecue that is designed to meet the expectations of a growing sector of the at-home outdoor leisure market.

The Signature Series will be available with on-line Outback stockists from Spring, 2016.
