Delivery is free to UK mainland on all orders over £50 - excluding Highlands and Islands. Orders below £50 will be subject to a £7.50 standard delivery charge within the UK mainland. For deliveries below £50 outside of the UK mainland additional charges will apply as listed below. Standard UK mainland delivery will normally be within 3 - 5 working days for barbecues and 10 - 14 days for spare parts.
Heavier barbecues will be delivered on a pallet and we operate a kerb side delivery system. Smaller barbecues (below 32kgs)and accessories/spare parts will be delivered by parcel carrier. Next day delivery service is not available for parcel deliveries.
Please note that additional charges will be payable for delivery to the following regions:
- Northern Ireland, additional charge = £42.50 ex VAT
- Isle of Wight, additional charge = £30.90 ex VAT
- Isle of Man, additional charge = £72.00 ex VAT
- Scottish Highlands, additional charge = £22.50 ex VAT
- Channel Islands - we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands

- AM or PM request ( specified AM or PM delivery within 3 working days) = £7.50 ex VAT
- TIMED request = £12.50 ex VAT (delivery window 10.00 – 17.00 Mon to Fri )
- Saturday AM request (if ordered before 11am Friday)= £27.50 ex VAT
- Next Working Day Delivery (if ordered before 11am) = £7.50 ex VAT
