By using this website and ordering goods from it you are indicating your consent to these terms and conditions. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. This website is owned and operated by Outback UK Ltd of Unit 2 Farleigh Hill, Tovil, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6RG (registered in England under company registration number 1726477) (“Outback UK”). Purchases from this website are purchases from Outback UK.

Using the web site

  1. The trade marks and logos displayed on this site are trade marks of Outback UK (except for the LOFA logo, the Filippo Berio logo and the Forest Stewardship Council logo). Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark or logo displayed on this site without the written permission of Outback UK.
  2. Assume that everything that you read on this website is protected by copyright unless otherwise stated. You may only use material on this site for personal, non-commercial use. Buying from the website

  1. If you wish to purchase goods from the Outback UK website please follow the instructions provided on this website. Your electronic or telephone order is an offer to buy from Outback UK. Outback UK reserves the right not to accept an order at its sole discretion. Discount coupons or other promotions may not be claimed against products in the Special Offers Section.
  2. You will be notified automatically by e-mail whether your order has been received.
  3. Payment for the goods which you order must be made by one of the following credit or debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or Switch. If your payment is rejected by the card issuer your order will not be despatched. Payment is made at your own risk.
  4. The prices and availability of the goods displayed on this website are subject to change with notice. The title to goods will only pass following payment in full.
  5. Orders will only be accepted from and despatched to addresses in the United Kingdom.
  6. Orders will be delivered by our courier and we aim to have the goods delivered to you within 3 working days of the acceptance of your order, subject to availability of stock.
  7. Once a date/time for delivery has been agreed with our couriers this can be amended up to 12hrs before the agreed delivery time by phoning 01543 440215. Goods cannot be left without a signature. In the event of there being no one available to take delivery at the agreed time there will be a £25 charge for re-delivery.
  8. Any damages must be reported to Outback UK within 7 days of receipt of goods. This notification can be made by telephoning customer service on 0845 388 5806 or via e-mail to onlinecustomerservice@outbackuk.com
  9. Outback UK makes no representations about the materials contained on this website or any websites linked to this website.

Right to cancel

You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying Outback UK in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. Your notification stating that you wish to cancel should be given by e-mail to onlinecustomerservice@outbackuk.com You must return the goods to Outback UK at your own expense. Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods Outback UK reserves the right not to accept their return. Outback UK will refund the full purchase price to you within 30 days of the receipt of your notice of cancellation.
