Before Talking to Outback
If you have a query regarding an Outback barbecue or patio heater you have already purchased, it will save time if you have the following details to hand:
- The serial number. This can normally be found on a small white sticker located on the right hand side of the main body. It is NOT the number on the control panel that starts CE.
- The name of the product (eg Excel 100, Elite Titanium, Halo Patio Heater)
- The year of manufacture. If you have trouble finding your serial number we will require the year of manufacture. This can normally be found on the left hand front side of the control panel.
- The part description and reference (if applicable) required. This can be found in the manual or the parts listing (both are available on this website.)
If you are unable to provide full details of the parts required, Outback cannot be held responsible for incorrect parts being sent out.
Please note the Customer Service Department is open between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday for technical queries and warranty issues.
Making a claim under Warranty
If you report a possible fault in an Outback UK product, we can inspect it.
We will send out labels to enable you to return the product for inspection and, if necessary, tested by a Corgi registered engineer.
If a manufacturing fault is found it will be replaced free of charge. However if no fault is found, or evidence of misuse is discovered, a charge will be made to cover the costs of the inspection and parts will be charged at cost.
The inspection charges are as follows:
- Collection £20.00
- Inspection £25.00
