The History of Outback barbecues

Outback UK started life as Black Knight Barbecues and was formed in 1979 as a sole trading company introducing the Brick Kit Barbecue concept to the UK market. Years later in 1997, Black Knight became a brand and developed a barbecue range based on an Australian-style model which incorporated quality, price, design, service and innovation - the brand went on to become Outback.
