Spectrum Flamer Charcoal Barbecue

Cast iron is renowned for its durability and it can retain the heat for longer than standard chrome grills. We have coated our cast iron cooking surfaces in porcelain to make them 100% rust proof.

The Outback range of charcoal barbecues are sold complete with grill lifting handles which makes moving the grill easier for topping up the charcoal during the cooking process and for cleaning afterwards – no more greasy fingers!

On Outback’s Spectrum Flamer model, charcoal is placed in a dedicated basket which can be easily adjusted to suit your cooking position. Eventually the ash will fall through to the removable ash tray, which can be easily removed.

Charcoal creates ash and Outback’s easy clean ash tray enables you to remove the ash after cooking, thus keeping the model clean.

Our Spectrum and Sapphire models are positioned on trolleys made from a combination of wood and metal. This mix creates a modern, yet traditional look. The wood used in all of Outback’s barbecues is certified FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) which guarantees it is supplied from monitored and approved well managed forests.

New for 2008 - porcelain coated fire bowls ensure that the ‘bodies’ of our barbecues will not rust or corrode and will give years of low maintenance service.
